think that the school should not have kicked him out until the case had been heard. Kudos to the Judge! This smelled like a set up from the get go. IMO we have not become a nation where you have to prove your innocence in the name of "safety". I can't believe that people are willing to sacrifice their freedoms like this. Hate to say negative stuff about my school but they owe him an apology and I hope he sues.
